All session are shot on location at this time. That means mother nature may cancel your appointment. We will work to reschedule if this happens :)
Beginning in January of 2011. Your session fee will be due at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. If you need to move your session date all monies will be transferred to the new day and time. If you are no show or do not give 24 hour notice to cancel, your session fee will not go towards your next sitting.
No one likes to work on Saturday. All session fees will increase by $300 in addition to the session of your choice for Saturday's. I prefer you schedule for a more affordable weekday session. I will try my best to accommodate your schedule.
It is studio policy to keep your images two weeks after they become available for ordering. If we have not received your order or called to make accommodations please do so 304-667-8507. Payment plan options are 45, 60 and 90 days. Portraits must be paid in full during that time line. No part of your order will be delivered until your account is paid in full. If payments are not made according to schedule your order will be canceled and NO REFUND will be issued.
Need to preview your images online? Images will only be placed online once you pay your $500 non-refundable deposit. This will apply to your collection purchase. Call for details!
We no longer accept paper checks. Please have cash, check or credit card ready when ordering.
DOWN PAYMENT: 50% of the balance is required to place your order.
